REFOUND & EXCHANGES

RETURNS

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • It must be in its original packaging

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please navigate to the “Returns & Exchanges” tab located in the top or bottom menu of our website and follow the instructions provided.

All approved returns are subject to a $10 shipping and processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund.


EXCHANGES

Exchanges are 100% free.
If you need to exchange your item for the same product due to an issue, we’ll take care of it at no additional cost.


DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • Your item is defective

  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and work quickly to make it right.


EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Used or opened medical/hygiene products

  • Custom or personalized products

For health and safety reasons, used nebulizers or opened components cannot be accepted for return.
